Business Outlook
Pros
Danfoss prides itself on being a reputable company which I believe it is. They do well in communicating with employees. Most managers have an open-door policy.
Cons
They have good ideas but do not convert them into reality. There are too many employees who are not held accountable which costs much waste and time lost. Programs, policies and guidelines are often excellent but oftern are not successful as their seems to be no consequences for failure to follow them.
