      Pros

      It is a privately run comany with very strong roots and a clear direction. Here we all know exactly what we've come from, how we are contributing to a better tomorrow and we are on-board to take the company furhter. We are encouraged to innovate, think creatively and develop ideas. Also we are very well rewarded both in recognition, salary and benefits.

      Cons

      It is such a big company we can sometimes get a little 'bogged down' with bureaucracy.
