      Pros

      How welcome you are when you step in the doors. The Proffesional level is high and they are always ready to help me out to improve my skils. The company takes care of you and you don't have the feeling that you are just a mouse in a wheel but actualy a virtal part of the company even when you're just an apprentice. My home town of Sønderborg haven't been the same without Danfoss, and the help they give to local event's and university here. As i tell im an apprentice at Danfoss and could not wish for a better place they do everything to make sure im getting ready to tackle every obstical im gonna run into.

      Cons

      Not sure it's really a con. But you a left to you're self you have ofc good collegues around you to help but if you don't show that you keep improving in the methods you work you will be left behind in the big wheel called the Danfoss machine.
