      Pros

      Good culture and work environment. Designs products to improve living conditions and protect the environment.

      Cons

      As in any large / global company internal processes can be a drag. However, as a family owned business the company does not have to "answer" to shareholders and be pressured into short sighted activities to get emmidiate results.
