Business Outlook
Pros
Work culture and people around you would be great. Less stressful work environment and in most cases boss will probably take care of your need if need for professional reason or personal. Overall good company to start a career with.
Cons
Benefits and salary are Ok but not great. especially health benefits are kind of worse. premiums are high even for high deductible plans. Retirement plans are ok, gain not great. No stock options as its a private corporation. You might get stuck in your career path for a long enough.
