Company provides many options and oppertunities for people to impact the buiness and grow personally and professionally. Willing to help with further education using internal and external training/classes/ certificates and degrees. Ongoing investments in people, technology and equipments provides avenues to show case individual skills on cross functional teams.

Cons

Continued focus on Lean benefits the profit of the company but limits the advancement in some departments for aspiring employees.

As with most companies, there are always some good co-workers. Work balance not too bad, pay ok,

Cons

Number one problem: hire and fire, hire and fire, repeat. I have seen more than a dozen engineers, sales people, product support, HR people hired and fired over a two to three year period. And, almost immediately, new people are hired with a slightly different job title to do the same work as the person fired.

Starting at the bottom, Danfoss might seem too big and too bueraucratic. Also many employees are Danes, which is not necessarily bad, but hinders international networking
