Pros
Incredibly relaxed environment - you define your own tasks. Colleagues start leaving the office at 2:00pm. No consequence in most cases for underperformance or no performance at all.
Cons
No direction or guidance, let alone coaching. People scamble to invent loads of petty projects themselves just to keep their jobs. Performance not recognised. Silo culture. Awfully lacking leadership and competence in the organisation (something not understood in Danish culture perhaps). All about politics not real work. Jante law prevails.
