Pros

Some interesting products to work on with a quite a variety of applications. Quite flexible with work hours and holiday. Some good benefits options. Some good people to work with (the few that are left).

Cons

Based on my headline, I believe the company can be a good however feel like it may depend where/what site you work at. There’s a huge lack of organisation with in company. A complete lack of communication between departments and even team members. Management seemed to ignore problems when they were brought up regularly, yet when they caused an issue you were blamed even after months of telling them. Pay rises are very poor compared to other companies. Complete lack of support from management when it was needed. (Possibly some of the worst management I’ve experienced in my career). Almost zero room for progression.
