IT devices are good, coffee good, team is a gamble.

Cons

Main project without clear delivery timeline. No senior people with good industry knowledge to learn from. Majority of the development done by 3rd party consultancy, no real career progression even though voices raised to change. Really a shame. Would have been nice to see more time/money invested in people development and wellbeing instead of building a fancy new location on the outskirts of the city that is hard to reach.
