Generally a very positive work environment: all employees are friendly and helpful. Decent interaction between CEO and the workforce. Good benefits.

Cons

Pay grades are generally below average. Bonuses, while relatively prevalent in the past, are slim now; this could be attributed to the current MSR market. Profit sharing is nonexistant.
