Pros

Employee discounts on rifles.

Cons

Once the merger went down, you have Black Creek employees who think they are better than the Ridgeland employees. We built the rifles in Ridgeland and nearly every single part of the rifle. Ridgeland shiped every single rifle! Black Creek did barrels only, why would they think they are so great? You can come to work on any given day and it may be your last. If you attend church with the owners you will never be laid off, if not you are not part of the “A” Group. HR will tell you a lie to your face.
