      Pros

      Daniels Health supports a work/life balance. Since joining this company I am constantly supported by my direct manager and senior management. I enjoy that I am not micromanaged and can express suggestions to improve my job or the job of others. Coworkers and colleagues from other departments are friendly and supportive. Daniels Health knows the balance of having fun and being serious within the workplace.

      Cons

      It’s a biomedical waste company, there is a distinctive smell in the plant, but I am getting used to it.
