      Pros

      Important projects staffed by dedicated people.

      Cons

      The company was purchased in May of 2016. My former co workers tell me that the company has been on a downward spiral ever since as the new management is clueless about the market the company was in and the company's capabilities. Cost of benefits have dramatically increased or been cut.

      Pros

      The company I started working for had its flaws, but it seemed to have more of a heart. You'll notice a lot of older employees working for Danya, some with 5, 10, 15 years of service. Flexible work for some positions allowing telecommuting. Possible room for growth if you are best friends with a manager.

      Cons

      Benefits have been eroding and employee costs increasing. Leave days cut, and like another reviewer mentioned, there is a near-constant threat of layoffs every year or more. Turnover is high. The only way we know someone is leaving is their personal goodbye email. Management does not communicate with the staff or plan for the changes that the employee's departure will cause. I agree with the other reviewer that the executive management has no interest in the worker bees at all. The only times we interact is in meetings and 75% of that involves no news or bad news.
