The salary is the only decent thing about working here.

Cons

Working for Dapper Labs is a horrible experience. The only decent thing about this is the reasonable salary. But everything else is awful, especially the leadership. We have managers who don't give support and resources to the employees. And we don't get any opportunities for advancement and growth.
