The pay is decent enough.

Cons

The worst part about working for Dapper Labs is that you'll be micromanaged by terrible people. Imagine how awful it feels when people who have no idea what they're doing are the ones who are dictating to you what to do! It feels awful working here because of these managers. I hope they get replaced by competent ones.
