Pros

- They teach servers about wine in training - Food is pretty good - Professional atmosphere in terms of appearance - Wine selection is very good

Cons

- Servers are only allowed to have three tables at a time - Turnover rate is lower than the average restaurant, so servers will get less tables - Lunchtime is terrible for tips because of the unlimited soup and salad combos. You are constantly running back and forth refilling your tables and get about a dollar tip because the combo is only $6.99.

Pros

Top 100 US Companies to work for (2012). A 3-month training program for new managers with tons of information to comprehend. The company is a leader in its sector, and expanding (which means great opportunities for employees' growth). Salaries are decent.

Cons

Benefits could be better for such a huge company.
