Pros
In my 22 years of experience in the restaurant industry I have yet to find a company that is so employee motivated. I will agree that like other companies there are bad apples in Mgmt. and within the team alike. This company is not going to go away, we employ 180,000 people, there must be a reason that they continue to work for Darden.
Cons
Dealing with whiners about their sections, the guests, and the amount of money they make. If the cry-babies would actually focus on our guests vs. "whats in it for them", the work experience might be a little more enjoyable.
