      Pros

      the olive garden works with everyones schedule to ensure each person has a shot at advancement in their selected area of interest, therefore getting a degree and going to school is totally easy.

      Cons

      due to high volume at times it is hard to have the necessary one on ones with managers when issues arise.

      Pros

      The team members work and play as family. They care about their co-workers. Pay and benefits are excellent for a restaurant but should be expected by a Forbes Top 100 place to work. Schedules are easily made, altered, and accommodated for team members.

      Cons

      Store management and upper divisional management are out of the loop most of the time, making an easily handled situation often mucked up. There are policies that are put into place or suddenly enforceable that have not been made known to team members and have cost a few servers their jobs.
