      Pros

      The General Manager was fantastic. He cared about his employees and understood that we had personal lives. Really tried to balance work and play to make a happy team. Co-workers were great, maybe too close... Not a lot of side work, which was nice. Very busy!

      Cons

      One of the mangers was very inappropriate. She would literally try to get people in trouble. She was petty and childish and made the work environment terrible. Whenever we would complain to upper management it was "our word against hers". Customers were very low class and poor tippers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people do work at Darden. It is one of the only major companies in the city of Orlando that has penetration across the US.

      Cons

      The leadership at Darden is very self focused and the culture is highly political. Advancement is not based on merit or meeting one objectives (business or personal).

      Pros

      The management is amazing. The really to care about you as a person not just someone on staff. The Coworkers are like family, they work together to get amazing results. The pay is great as well, very low stress because everything is planned perfect.

      Cons

      None, really. And no Darden is not writing this, an happy ex-employee is.
