Pros

Good benefits packages. Flexible hours. Great Coworkers Laid back environment. Great for college students working for extra cash. Easy restaurants for new servers.

Cons

Very biased company. At the Bahama breeze, you have to be a favorite in order to advance anywhere. The clientele sucks for servers, no money to be mad at all when waiting tables there. The hosts get absolutely not hours and raises are only offered on a yearly bases. Management is not professional at all. Management is never there when you need them and cant be counted on for anything. If you have a problem you better figure a way to handle it on your own. Very rarely are minorities given any advancement. tenure means absolutely nothing, people who have been at the location for 3 months can be promoted over someone who has been there 6 years, if they kiss enough butt.
