Fun atmosphere but no opportunity for growth

Pros
Some managers are great, others not so much but if you are a good employee they will accomodate you when needing time off, go home early, etc. The overall atmosphere is great if you like fast-paced work place with good co-workers. It does get hectic and somewhat stressful during rush hour so you have to be capable dealing in those situations.
Cons
It does get hectic and somewhat stressful during rush hour so you have to be capable dealing in those situations. There is very little opportunity for growth. You can become a certifies trainer after a couple of years but it doesn't guarantee a management position in the future.
