      Money Doesn't Matter When Leaders Don't Have Integrity

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are very nice. Being a part of a very stable company with strong brands (Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52 and Capital Grill) is great!

      Cons

      Integrity in the director and above levels doesn't exist. Their interaction with employees is phony....grin and stab in the back...or grin and not give complete feedback to help employees know where they stand in order to address their opportunities, strive for other positions or decide if it's in their best interest to leave the company.

      Pros

      I felt completely comfortable asking questions. The managers really seemed to care about me and how I was doing. There was plenty of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      I did not have any specific negatives about working for Darden, but working in the restaurant industry as whole can be very hard and challenging work.

      Pros

      Great place to work for. Very flexible schedules. Management was great. I work for Olive Garden. Would definitely reccomend to anyone.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. If you come in as a server etc. Takes about 5 years in their management trainee program to becom a manager.
