      Friendly staff Management friendly - if you are on their good side tips are reasonable excellent training

      Cons

      some management does not show respect for employees. very cliquey few sustainability efforts they expect turnover, almost encourage it

      Pros

      the work is really interesting. The people are friendly and nice. Discounts are nice for the restaurants. Compensation is pretty good.

      Cons

      There are a lot of people who just waste space in HQ. Lots of middle management means lots of people looking busy but not really producing. They talk a lot about work-life balance and caring for employees but their vacation and flex time options are not consistent with that message. It also seems that if you do use the flex time it can hinder your professional growth.
