I think the top management in India Office should be technically learned, and have the capability to lead the tech decisions better and foster engineering creativity. The India Leading management hired is opposite of anything Tech and more of a office manager, or glorified office watchman

Bad office location Biased parking criteria No cab service for employees who need to work late They have a 9 hour working rule in office, so you need to be here for 8 hrs that does not include lunch
