Pros

Definitely room for improvement here.

Cons

Let me just say, the office location is an absolute downer. It’s buried in some random call center park, so right from the start, the energy feels off. You show up to work, and it already feels like you’re stuck in the wrong place. Now, if you’re expecting decent food around here, think again. You’re either spending way too much money on overpriced food, or risking it with something that looks like it came from a place that doesn’t care about health codes. I’ve lost count of the times I just skipped lunch altogether. The internet here? Don’t even try to get anything done online. It’s like being back in the early 2000s with a connection that’s slower than 3G. I genuinely have no idea how we’re supposed to get work done with this level of connectivity. Then there’s the disaster that is parking. No designated employee parking at all. You’re stuck parking your car out on the street, constantly worrying about getting towed. And if the skies open up and it rains? Good luck. You’ll be walking through gross, ankle-deep water with exposed wires hanging around like it’s some kind of obstacle course. It’s not just inconvenient—it feels dangerous. And the elevator situation is beyond frustrating. You’d think an office would invest in a decent lift system, but nope. You’ll easily waste 30-40 minutes of your day just waiting for the elevator, or you’ll find yourself climbing 6 or 7 flights of stairs because it’s faster. As for commuting, don’t even get me started. On a rainy day, traffic in Gurgaon becomes a complete standstill. To top it off, the management here doesn’t really seem to have any real power. All the decisions are made by the teams in the US and Israel, and the people here are just following orders. This place is a mess from top to bottom, and it doesn’t seem like anyone is in a hurry to fix it.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that parking has been a concern, and we want to reassure you that we’ve arranged additional parking options to improve convenience. Our office is centrally located in Gurugram, near Huda City Metro Station, which accommodates a high volume of visitors. We recognize that lift wait times can be longer during peak hours due to traffic, and the building maintenance team is actively working on finding the best way to improve this. We are committed to providing a positive work environment and prioritize our employees’ needs and requests. Your wellbeing is our top priority, and we value your suggestions as we strive to enhance your experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Pros

Okay place, but lots of issues.

Cons

The office is in a call center park, which isn’t a great place to work. There are barely any decent food options—either you spend too much on food or eat something that feels kinda sketchy. The internet is painfully slow, worse than 3G, so good luck getting anything done online. No proper parking for employees, so you’re forced to park on the street and pray your car doesn’t get towed. If it rains, walking through gross water and past dangling wires just to get to your car is scary. The elevators are ridiculously slow, sometimes you wait 40 minutes or more. Or, you’re climbing 7 floors every day. Job security? Pretty shaky. Feels like nothing’s guaranteed here. Management? They don’t have much power. All the decisions seem to come from the US and Israel teams. Traffic when it rains is a nightmare—expect to be stuck in Gurgaon for hours. Some coworkers even have to walk 5 km to the metro because there’s no decent transport nearby.

Bad office location

Pros

Salary comes on time every month

Cons

The local management just follows whatever the US and Israel teams say, they don’t have much control. There's no real job security here. The office is in a bad location, basically a call center park. There are almost no lunch options—either you pay a lot for food or settle for something unhygienic. The internet is super slow, like slower than 3G. When it rains, getting stuck in Gurgaon’s traffic is a nightmare. No parking for employees, so you have to park on the street and hope your car doesn’t get towed. If it rains, you’ll have to walk through dirty water with exposed wires to reach your car, which feels really unsafe. Some coworkers end up walking 5 km to the metro station because of poor transportation options. The elevators are painfully slow and can waste 40 minutes of your day unless you take the stairs, which is seven floors up!
