Pros
Dario has some uber talented and wonderful people who live all over the globe. It's a real pleasure to work with the diverse teams. HR does a wonderful job of taking care of employees and encouraging an atmosphere of fun, dedication and curiosity. The Dario product/platform is innovative and almost everyone is driving towards excellence.
Cons
Dario hasn't quite mastered operations at large scale (typical for fast growing companies). And they sometimes under-utilize good talent because managers/leaders are not trained in operational excellence. Leadership is more of a happenstance rather than trained and planned.
