Cons

Recent management change in India has made the office environment really toxic. The new management has no knowledge anything and gives only gyan. His policies and lack of understanding on most of the issues is making good talent suffocated and leave.

When Gurgaon was flooded, our office entrance was submerged in knee-deep water. Instead of proactively declaring a work-from-home policy, the Indian management responded on WhatsApp with, “On roads not great but it’s fine.” Only after government updates came in did they act—by then, hotel rooms had to be arranged for stranded employees. At Dario, “fine” seems to be the standard for poor and unsafe conditions. Getting stuck in malfunctioning lifts multiple times? That’s “fine.” Wading through flooded streets and sewage to reach the office? Still “fine.” Risk of electrocution, slipping into open drains, or being trapped in a lift? According to Dario, it’s all “fine.” If you’re looking for a workplace that treats serious safety concerns with alarming casualness, then yes—Dario is fine.
