      Great vibes, collaborative culture, the strategy of the company is very clear

      Cons

      Intensive work, the priority is not always clear so we worked on tasks that were not prioritized correctly, a lot of meetings.

      Pros

      The onboarding process was the BEST that I have ever experienced. From the moment someone called me in regards to my application, Dario was efficient, clear in communication and quickly answered any questions I had. Each department, from coach manager to HR, were knowledgeable, transparent and kind. The training was superb as well--very educational and appropriate for my role. The culture encompasses family and work-life balance and is compassionate about truly helping others.

      Cons

      The only con was that the process involved multiple people with multiple interviews; however, scheduling each session was quick and seamless.
