Huge kudos to HR on their fantastic job during the recruiting process. At the time I interviewed for quite a few companies and the process for Dario was by far the most pleasant, yet still very professional. Same goes for the onboarding process.

Cons

Big company with a lot of different teams. Still trying to figure everything out. Luckily, there's an up-to-date organization chart that I can reference at any given time.

Subject matter and volume of work is reasonable

Cons

Extremely poor management and communication. Salary is low. Treatment of CS representatives are as low as can be. They are excluded from any interaction with the rest of the company. No room for advancement. Performance reviews are constructed to keep the cs representative feeling like they don't deserve raises and promotions. Difficult when as a supervisor you are told to only show the bad and not the good. Avoid this company.
