No strategy and business plan Publically traded company that has to raise $ from investors to stay a float. Keep non performes who never hit a goal or a target in senior positions Ignore any ideas unless on C-Suite/Exec level Do not beleive in raises or bonuses. Change their policies when its convenient Chaos at all times. No strategyy and no direction. Impossible to be successful when you cant figure out how to go to market. A lot of backhanded insults and lack of support. No idea how to lead

among lateral team members company culture was great.

Cons

Leadership will fight tooth and nail to get to the top. Many layoffs, in which I was apart of. No way of moving up. Good benefits, though.
