The onboarding process was the BEST that I have ever experienced. From the moment someone called me in regards to my application, Dario was efficient, clear in communication and quickly answered any questions I had. Each department, from coach manager to HR, were knowledgeable, transparent and kind. The training was superb as well--very educational and appropriate for my role. The culture encompasses family and work-life balance and is compassionate about truly helping others.

Cons

The only con was that the process involved multiple people with multiple interviews; however, scheduling each session was quick and seamless.

Dario is a very fun place to work. The company is growing really quickly, so it is a fast-paced environment and you really feel the momentum. It has a small-company feel though, with people very connected to their colleagues across the country and the world, and a leadership team that is accessible. HR puts great effort into making everyone feel valued, and coming up with ways to foster closeness in spite of the current situation.
