      In my opinion it’s the people that find strength every day to keep the boat afloat while their leaders are clearly lost.

      Cons

      -Lack of stability -High turnover -Low compensation -Weak leadership in CS (5 leaders in 30 months) -Lack of governance -Compensation plans that change every year

      nothing- avoid sales here at all costs

      Cons

      terrible micromanagement, terrible company, no one knows that they are doing. run from here. managers like to use scare tactics that dont work. its not collaborative. they fire people even though they cant afford to. the platform product is confusing. engineers are awful to work with. its the wort sales org ive ever worked for. wouldnt be surprised if the co went under with how bad they are doing and the ceo was fired.
