Pros

Remote, good balance work life

Cons

Since Thoma Bravo bought Darktrace it’s going down the hill, 3 CEO in 3 years, commission capped for the SDR’s, Account executive have unreachable targets, SDR manager’s are embarrassingly incompetent, no career progression to AE or CSM (they want to get rid of employees not hiring or promoting anyone) Darktrace product is good but Vectra is better
