Manager's aren't as qualified as they should be and they put themselves before people on there own team. Feels like you get weeded out with new policies and isn't fair across the board and as soon as your sinking they don't communicate well with what's going on and then it's too late and your either on a PIP or just out the door.

Terrible upper management that fosters a mean spirited, competitive environment even among the non sales roles. They hire people very young so they don’t realize they don’t need to be treated like that, and then pit people against each other. Commission is also a flat out lie and constantly changing.
