Commission structure was great until changes were made in 2024. It was very rewarding financially. Great colleagues. Many bright minds were employed.

Cons

Pretty intense and the previous sales management lacked actual management skills. There is a new management in place so hope it has changed.

Cons

Working there was an awful experience. A complete vacuum of direction meant no meaningful guidance was ever provided. The culture itself is deeply unhealthy. Double standards are the norm, with support selectively offered to a small circle of favourites while everyone else is overlooked. The team operates in total isolation, and there is no space for open debate, constructive challenge, or professional disagreement. Avoid this workplace if you value mentorship, fairness, or a genuinely supportive environment.
