No pros. Avoid at all costs

Cons

If you’re interviewing for this role ask them why they’re hiring. Very toxic place to work. A lot of stress and misalignment on initiatives across different function. Everyone is working towards different goals. Pay is very low and commission targets are unachievable. You’re basically a PA to the sales and renewals team. No support to the customers so at the end of the renewal you are a full on firefighter

Terrible work culture, leads to people leaving with more work for less people leading to even more people leaving etc. A showcase in pointless and ineffective middle management.
