Account Executive for 9 months. Great technological offering Generous commission share Cool offices Mostly friendly team leads and directors Chance for quick promotion

Cons

Very low base salary Too many reps in the UK market, jumping on leads and generally making account searching impossible. Product far too expensive for majority of customer base, yet management blind to this. Misleading interview process. Not enough support given to new reps during trials.
