      Pros

      You can make decent money if you're closing deals.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, fake people, horrible leadership, favoritism, cutthroat... the list goes on and on... Think twice about applying to Darktrace if you value your mental health. You are no one at this place, unless you're sucking up to the leadership team. It's all politics... Prepared to get backstabbed, not only by your managers but also by peers...

      Pros

      Good pay! Great colleagues, have all the good/right tools to do your job.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, high targets, targets not market specific. A lot of changes with the company since they were purchased, changing the commission structure every 6 months so you don't get paid what you were expecting. Was there for 2.5 years so saw a lot of changes in that time.

      They don't hide how horrible they are to work for.

      Cons

      Product is immature and not a real security solution. The tech is all smoke and mirrors. They sell promises and not solutions. Also, they are very, very WOKE and the culture is jammed full of WOKE and DEI calender days and events. I was treated poorly while I worked at Darkplace and I believe it is because I am a white male married with kids
