      Management is a closed circle, don't expect to get in there unless you know someone They have purposefully created a competitive atmosphere between colleagues No feeling of a wider team/common goal Favourites will get allocated best leads Absolutely minimal development support for graduates Vibe is of a goldrush without anyone caring about values / long-term trajectory of the company People let go without being allowed to say bye, asked to leave that instant
