True meritocracy, lots of opportunities for growth, pretty flat hierarchy (anyone can talk to anyone and more importantly challenge tradition), lots of opportunity to try new roles/move to other countries if you work hard

Cons

Company is doing something that's never been done before - you've got to be comfortable being uncomfortable and taking risks

There´s not a clear organizational culture, employees are seeing as a number and are not valued enough. Not many employee benefits or perks. Also, it is highly based on micro-management.
