Pros

Great office location, local colleagues and amazing growth trajectory. Technology is easy to sell and up sell to existing customers looking to expand.

Cons

It feels that the major locations work independently, with senior management and product development largely based elsewhere - London and Cambridge UK giving little chance for face time with some coworkers.

Free lunch on Friday, relaxed environment, BUPA insurance, flexibility for days off

Cons

No to low team management, low pay, no motivation, I worked maybe 8h a week, rest of time had nothing to do. Lot of security, I guess more to pretend than anything else. The product seems more than what actually is, but that's true for most "AI" companies nowadays
