International work environment, ecouragement of management to constantly question and optimise processes & opportunity for self-development

Cons

With having the HQ in London, employees in other countries don't have the best work conditions or country specific advantages e.g. tax benefits, retirement provision etc.

Lack of training. Change bonus structure to not pay commissions as told before starting job. Lots of cold calling. High targets almost unattainable
