Toxic workplace culture- management would frequently berate employees on team calls. Nearly impossible to ask clarifying questions without fear of being berated by management. Unprofessional management- managers would drink regularly on team calls and encouraged others to do the same. Boss often used extremely inappropriate language that would’ve been wrong to use on an all male team, but especially inappropriate with females present. Management as a whole is childish. It’s quite obvious that leadership ability was not taken into account when promoting. CRM and VPN are terrible. You can expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour each day trying to connect to resources Unrealistic quotas- no one was reaching the quota. Don’t fall for the OTE the recruiter tells you.
