Pros

-Fun office culture with great people -Opportunities for growth were amazing. (Can't be said about most places) -Got to learn a lot about time management since I was constantly on the road going to meetings.

Cons

-Salary was lower than market value. While we had SDR's, you pretty much had to book all your meetings yourself, so you better enjoy prospecting.

- they give young people a chance in theory

- Horrible culture, turnover was extreme - Internal CRM was a disaster, management and sales practices were barbaric - Would not recommend to anyone

Tech was flashy and could work sometimes if people were in place to manage it

Cons

Terrible culture...micro management and fear mongering to an extreme. Toxic environment that was based upon having 5+ internal zoom meetings a day to hover over employees. If you weren't hitting quota, you were told to simply ramp up your cold calls, even though the expectation was 75+ daily.
