      - good technology, but starting to lose out to competition more regularly - can make a lot of money if you crush quota

      Cons

      - competitors have caught up so its hard to stand out - constant changes to comp structures, account assignments, territories, etc. - difficult to consistently hit your numbers

      Pros

      Great people, loved the culture. Management provided all the resources to be successful. Definitely the right time to be there as it is growing rapidly and you can elevate your role quickly. Was fortunate enough to build relationships across teams. Benefits were outstanding!

      Cons

      Heavy on cold calling (which makes sense) and making sure you are hitting your dials daily.
