Terrible Culture. I didn't think this would be a huge deal, but the Northeast is a terrible place to work. Leadership belittles people, and the individual is not important at all. You are only your number here and even if you hit/surpass it, you don't matter. You might get a “good work” once a month, but that is it. Leaders are good at selling, but don't know how to motivate a team. Everyone on my team was actively looking for new positions and would go on about how miserable they were. It's a 12-18 month time period where you should expect to live off your base with maybe 1- 2 closed deals and a tiny bit of commission but realistically, you wont be making much. Do Not Work Here.

All roles except account executives are extremely underpaid. Increased pay & bonus structure would save the company from a million headaches w/ loss of talent.
