Pay, they at least try to give you a decent base salary for putting up with all these “important” ppl

Cons

Commission is not very good, .005% close percent really helps you to feel the love. Marketing is useless & has their hands all over sales. People who succeed here seem to be ppl who haven’t had much sales experience prior or fresh outta college! Work life balance is awful, there isn’t one. No sick days, you’re pto is your sick days even if you get COVID

The pay is decent enough if starting out in tech sales

Cons

Didn't ask if I had a degree till my first day of work, released me on my second day of work. Should of asked if I had one during the hiring process. Now I am left without a job and insurance because they didn't do their due diligence. Best part is, they are only paying me for my two days of work. Maybe they don't understand I left my last tech AE role to come work for them. Thanks for wasting my time and leaving me in the dust.
