Pros
The base is constant at 55k or it has been in my 2 years of being here. Commish changes every 6 months but usually the pay per meeting rate is pretty darn good. The WFH is nice and they are really understanding if you need to miss some office days if you work from home. The product is good and decently well known in the space. Fellow SDRs are open and kind. If you figure out how to hit your numbers, the job is a breeze and you will not be under a microscope. Benefits come at no cost (insurance).
Cons
In house built CRM is horrific and no joke the main cause of almost every single issue in the sales and marketing department. The CRM is so bad, most sales leadership does not how to use it, so they are clueless on what the actual problems are. Micromanagement has been increasing drastically since DT was acquired on all sales roles from AEs to SDRs. Most of SDR leadership never had an SDR role outside of DT. The training here is not good, you are basically thrown in the ocean and expected to swim. If you cannot figure out how to book meetings with the garbage CRM, you better have high dials, if not, expect to for leadership to come for you. Legit the CRM is the main issue for everyone but leadership is not great either.
