Pros

The coworkers become like family. Management is respectful and caring.

Cons

The hours are usually 12 hour shifts. There is also mandatory overtime twice a month. Night shift can take a toll on home life.

Large employer with potential growth opportunities for those starting their careers. Solid investment into the business has taken place over the past 10 years helping transform this small family owned operation. On site benefits include cafeteria and workout facilities.

Cons

Dart competes in an evolving industry which carries some instability. As the organization has evolved over the past ten years, there have been positive changes but there has been a shift away from the family culture to more of a corporate culture. Promotional opportunities seem to be declining due to this change in culture (e.g. hire from outside rather than develop from within).
