Pros

- Great benefits for the VT/NH area - Strong sense of community - Large alumni base

Cons

- Big enough that there are gaps in accountability, but too small to keep up with larger educational institutions - Too many competing efforts/goals - Not enough compensation for the frontline/lower level workers given the housing crunch driving housing costs up - Frequent turnover - Not culturally diverse (the locale doesn't lend itself to supporting) - A history of listening to the loudest voices rather the majority
